I have a Win7Pro laptop with Office 2010 Pro and recently added trial version of Office 365 Small Business Premium. I have been running Kerio with 2010 flawlessly for about 2 years.

When I installed 365, both 2010 and 2013 apps are present with no apparent conflicts, as I was told would be. The problem is that I lost Kerio. I downloaded the latest version, but it didn't work. I uninstalled it, cleaned the registry and reinstalled it. the install appeared to go through, it shows up in Control Panel's Programs app.
When I go to add the account to either 2010 or 2013 Outlook, however, it doesn't show as a service under "other." It's as if it isn't loaded.

Any ideas why Outlook can't see Kerio?
