is there a topic or a place I can study, so that I have a running solution?

I work with this set up a lot and have some suggestions.

1) The ldap issue
Until Kerio fixes this problem it is best to have local users and forget about binding to the Open Directory on the Server.
You can still share passwords if you have OD by using the Kerberos pane of the Domain prefs. Then you go into each user and specify that they get their passwords from Kerberos instead of the local database.

2) the Apache issue
If you breath on Profile Manager or VPN services then some sort of instance of Apache will autorun after each startup and prevent the Kerio 80 and 443 services from running. EVEN IF WEB AND WIKI ARE TURNED OFF IN Server.app.

So to avoid this you use Terminal to unload apache:

sudo launchctl unload -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/org.apache.httpd.plist

Then move the apache.org plist to the Desktop of the Root user (for safekeeping)

sudo mv /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/org.apache.httpd.plist /private/var/root/Desktop/

These two things make it somewhat useable. Just not nearly as solid as say Kerio 7.4.3 and Server 10.6.8 were!!
