Hi there,

I'd like to have a report, who has access to my public folders.

It would be nice to have a view in the WebAdmin like for the users, where you can see all users and in one column behind all groups, this user is in.

In that sense it would be nice to have a view with all public folders, and in one column behind all users and groups that have some access to it.

Is there a way? Maybe even some scripting for the underlying infrastructure?

Regards,

Sascha

Hi Sascha,

There is not a way to do this within the Kerio Web Admin, so you could list this as a feature request via the 'Suggest Idea' button in the Web Admin.

If you did want to try and create a script you would need to look at the status.fld for each public folder as this is where Kerio will write the permissions for users/groups etc... However you will need to be incredibly careful as the status.fld is a very important file and if damaged can cause serious problems.

All the best,
Vicky
