Is it possible to configure the voicemail to only require a PIN if you access it from outside the office? We do not want to have to enter a PIN to access it from inside the office.

Hi, Jody.

Unfortunately it is not possible. You could have voicemail only with or without PIN.

You could use button 'Suggest idea' on Kerio Operator administration home screen to request this feature.

Thanks. I would be happy to suggest this and other ideas, but the link never works for me. I always get the error that I do not have access to this forum.

What is your timezone?

Please upgrade your Operator to latest version - v2.1.0 and try again.

Our IT services provider is running 2.1.0 though their own gauntlet before upgrading our box. I'll let you know what happens after we do that.
