Hi Guys,

We're having a minor issue here.

For each employee, we have extra e-mail adresses ( Peter Griffin would have;

peter<_at_>company.com
pgriffin<_at_>company.com
p.griffin<_at_>company.com )

Now, when Louis@company.com sends an invite out to peter@company.com, peter responds to it as his primary domain - which isn't peter@company.com, but pgriffin<_at_>company.com.

So now, louis<_at_>company.com has a status of;
peter<_at_>company.com -> Not yet responded
pgriffin<_at_>company.com -> Attending

How can I fix this?

Another way would be to disable alisasses for the auto-complete function.

As far as i know this only happens on iCal.

Regards,
Rob

Hi Rob,

This is expected behaviour as iCal can only respond with the users actual username/account name and not an alias address unfortunately.

All the best,
Vicky

But this also happens when a secondary mail address (not an alias!) on the account settings is used. IMO Connect should be able to treat the addresses equal for this case.

Hi Clan,

If you wish log this as a bug report and we can then test this against the settings you use with the secondary domain. You list a bug report at the following link:

All the best,
Vicky
