Dear Sirs,

I recently replaced Outlook 2010 x32 with Kerio Connector 7 for Outlook 2013 x64 with Kerio 8.0.1 Conector.

When I open Outlook asks me I should update the connector (¿is not the latest version 8.0.1?) and when it finish the updating, appears the error "MAPI can't load the service KOFMSP.dll" (not literally, I use another language), and Outlook closes.

¿What should I do to fix it?

Thanks.

You need to us the same version of Kerio Outlook Connector and Kerio Connect server. Ask your server administrator about the version of Kerio Connect.
It seems the Kerio Outlook Connector is trying to downgrade to older version because of older Kerio Connect on the server.

Ok, thank you very much.

But Kerio Outlook Connector 7.xx is not compatible with Outlook 2013 x64, ¿no?

¿I have to downgrade to Outlook 2010 x32?

Yes. That's probably the best option.
