Hi,

I recall sipgate.de needs two servers - one for registration, one as SIP proxy. You can configure this using the button "Configure" next to the field "Hostname or IP address" in the SIP interface edit dialog.

Hi Vladimir,

I already tried all combinations of Sipgate proxys, no connection up to now. I can see retransmitting messages in the debug log. Is there any document which describes how to trace the connection in this situation? I already ran router Firewall/Sip/IP-Routing traces, found no indication that anything was blocked by the network.

Thanks
Henri

You can also use the packet sniffer integrated in Operator to check what the situation looks like from the perspective of the Operator server. If your Operator machine is sending requests but no response arrives, it still looks like a network issue.
