Hi,

I've installed a fresh install of the latest Kerio Operator.

All seems to be working fine, exept for the call queue function.

- I created a call queue with a "ring all agents";
- I have 1 extension which is added static to the call queue;
- I have added a sound which will play when the phonenumber is called;
- I have added the call queue to the call routing for the phonenumber;

When i call the phonenumber, sound is being played, but no phone is ringing.
Status is showing 0 waiting or abandoned calls. My phone is showing in the agents section.

When i setup a auto attendant script it works fine with the samen extension.

Server is running on a dedicated server on the internet with a public IP. Phone is at home on a private network.

Please advise.

Eric

hi Eric,

I had the same problem today.
But I use dynamic Phone in the Queue.
Removed the phones from the queues and reconnected them.
Now it is working.

Okay,

I still got problems to with my queues.
When incoming call is direect to the Queue the phones in the queue aren't ringing. Aka if they aren't there. All phone calls will be forwarded to the next step. In our case to my mobile thru GSM Gateway. And this is very random. Also it seems that sometimes the communication is not setup at all.

I see this in warning log:
"[20/Mar/2013 08:33:21] asterisk[1571]: WARNING[17517]: app_queue.c:6032 in queue_exec: Unable to join queue 'QUEUE88'"

This is from the moment I installed 2.1.0 build 1543.
The RC version had not this problem.

@Filip & Vladimir,
What is happening? I can send everything you want. Even give access like in the past.

Hi

We're on it. Can I ask you to:
1. Turn on the Asterisk and Asterisk(detailed) debug logs.
2. Reproduce the issue
3. Email me the debug log and a support info file.

Thanks,
Filip

Hi Filip,

The problem is that it works when I call with my mobile phone.
But I turn on the debug log.

Hi,

This issue is also being looked at by Vicky (Kerio UK).

Server is hosted on a dedicated server in France.
Phone is on my private network at home (10.0.0.x)
Extension = 10
Call queue = 1001

Thanks in advance!

Eric

That can't be the reason in my operator.
Wav files still the same as before.

Hi ICT and Me,

Yes, these issues are not related. Eric used a music on hold file as a welcome announcement, as a result a call entered the call queue after the whole several minutes long file has been played.

Back to you, we couldn't find any issues related with call queues, so I'm waiting for your debug information.

Best
Filip
