Using the user's Mail filters (setting it in web mail), is it possible to copy every sended mails in a public folder?

We need to create a public archive that contains all the emails received and sent by a particular user.

One idea is use the public folders with some automatic rules but is there any other way to do it?
Unfortunately the archivig module on the server don't be able to separate the email by accounts.

Thank you for the support.

The inbound part is easy: 1) create public folder, 2) create alias to public folder 3) on user's account add forwarding to alias, and check "also deliver to inbox"

For the outgoing, the user would have to BCC the folder alias. Not sure if it's possible to force the issue on that.

Hi Emmanuel,

At the moment we do not have any outbound filters for users. However what you may find helpful is that the Kerio Archiving feature can pretty much do what you want.

The reason why I think this would work for you is because you can set the archiving to take a copy of every outgoing email message for both internal and external outgoing emails. The archive can either place these in a folder for you or you can have it go to an email address where you could setup mail filtering rules in webmail to filter messages to certain public folders. You can get further detailed information from this section of the manual:

I hope this helps,
Vicky

Thank you all for the ideas.
I'll do some tests.
