I've asked our account manager at Kerio about this, and they have replied that there are no spare parts available for Kerio Operator Box/Kerio Control Box.

This is a little concerning from a reseller point of view. The Kerio Operator box has an external power supply, which if it fails, we would have to source a replacement locally (which shouldn't be too difficult), but other parts of the system are also not available.

This makes it difficult for us if a client has a failure, as we'd have to wait for a replacement unit (purchased as a full retail product) to be sent to us, which means our client would have no phone system for several days at least.

I would ideally love to have access to spare parts (eg. power supply, flash drives, mainboards), so that we could keep these in stock locally to get our clients up and running quickly (or even full Kerio Operator boxes, but obviously we don't want to have to buy a full retail one again, with a new licence of Kerio Operator).

Any thoughts?

Frankly, this is why I built my own. For the same price (or less even) you can source a regular, ol' server that has parts that are easily replaceable.

Assuming the license you get with the KO Box is transferable to a standard ISO installation, you could always transition your clients to custom-built server and have the newfound flexibility.
