Hi!

I found some kind or bug or an issue with Kerio Operator:

I need to redirect incoming calls to softphone + mobile phone simultaneously - if there is incoming call, than PBX have to redirect it to my VoIP softphone and my mobile phone (GSM, non VoIP). I tried to setup call forwarding without any luck - PBX calls to softphone OR mobile. Then I tried to setup call group - same problem - PBX calls to softphone OR mobile.

Is it possible to configure simultaneous call to internal and external numbers on Kerio Operator?

P.s. I have 3 lines and 2 of them are free during incoming call.

Hi,

If you have an extension registered on a softphone, it is tried first. It is treated as a standard internal extension. If you do not pick up the extension during the specified number of seconds, the forwarding rules are applied, if enabled.

Yes, but it's not simultaneous. Currently I'm asking about simultaneous call, because client will not wait "...specified number of seconds, the forwarding rules are applied...".

Is there any kind of possibility for simultaneous calls?

Hi, Boris.

- Log into Kerio Operator client (was MyPone previously).
- Select 'Forwarding' tab.
- Select 'Advanced forwarding'.
- Uncheck 'Ring extension <number>'
- Click on button 'Configure'
- Click on button 'Add' in new 'Advanced Forwarding' dialog and select all extensions
you wish to ring. Ie your local extension, your mobile phone, your secretary etc.

For more, please, see url bellow.

Regards, Jakub V.
