We are trying to reinstall Kerio connect offline 32bit on a machine. The install stops and gives us the this error. Error 1714, Could not remove old files of kerio connect. Can anyone please help?

Sounds like your previous installation of Kerio Offline Connector wasn't uninstalled correctly. Can you uninstall it from Control Panel?

Hi there

I'd suggest raising this as a support ticket with us at Kerio as we have a tool that can remove all elements of this from your PC.

We can then supply this directly to you.
