My security log is full of 'all sorts of other things'. example below is some lines straight from this morning.

For example, SPAM, blacklist and unknown recipient. It makes it very hard to find the actual security events!

Help? Is this normal? We are on debian base with latest Kerio Control 8.01. I'm pretty sure it didn't do this in the 7.x versions.

Yes, it's normal.

Also, it did exist in the 7.x series, but if you didn't have your RPL settings turned on then you wouldn't have seen them. Or maybe you're just now becoming popular with spammers?

Mid 2015: Quit Kerio and moved to Exchange 2013 and Meraki.
Kerio Control 8.4.0--Used since it was WinRoute, many years ago
Kerio Connect 8.4.0 on Ubuntu. Bought Connect just in time for the switch to NO SUPPORT(aka pay for support). Not. Happy.
