Hi Everyone,

good day, hope youa re all well.

I was hoping you could help me out on this one, any help will be much appreciated.

How do you add telephonenumbers into the Userdata of an existing adressbook, i wanted to update the Files of all our Users and add additional information, specifically telephonenumbers or extensions would be extremely usefull.

Has anyone done this already, and how can i achieve that?

Lots of thanks in advance for any hints or help on this.

Thanks and best wishes to you all

cheers

Hi!

With an admin user and the webinterface it is quite easy. open the contact (in the public folder) and click edit. The button is grey, if the user doesn't have the permit.

We are adding this additional information like telephone numbers, too.

Given that all users need updating this seems a bit cumbersome. Is there an easier way to do a mass-update tahn this?
