We currently use Google Mail Professional and have been testing Connect for a couple of weeks. The biggest issue my users have is that Connect does not group / thread emails. That is emails that are replied to and/or forwarded and the responses received stay grouped.

Is there away to do this with Connect?

no, not in webmail yet. Only in your frontend eg Outlook.

As camisy said, it is not possible on webmail. You can request a feature but it works with voting and then can take anywhere between year to couple of years or so.

I would recommend testing it properly i.e. with outlook and outlook connector as well as webmail to see what features you will be missing and what are critical and which ones you can live without.
