Hi,

I know this might be a very long shot, but is there any way I can deploy email Signature on all user accounts on their webmail signature option? On outlook I can do a group policy, but I don't want their webmail to be different, if they use it, so it would be very helpful if I can do this.

Any workaround would be appreciated.

If they are all to be the same 'signature', I wonder how it would look as a footer? In the Web Admin, under Domains -> Edit -> Footer tab.

I guess that would only work if everyone is to have the same signature.

It would work, but the signatures are not same. I meant to say standardise it but with user's information and job title etc

Hi there.

Using a domain footer would allow you to standardise on a 'global' signature, but you would still need to apply user level signatures at the webmail level.

I would also recommend using the 'suggest idea' feature in Kerio's web admin interface and ask for this as a future feature request.

I hope this helps.
