I have Virtualized Kerio control on the Hyper-V server which is regulary backed up by Windows Backup - I start on 7.2.4 version and finally thru the two years get up to 8.0.1 version. Is there any difference between the upgraded version and Virtual appliance downloaded directly from Kerio?

When backup is running, virtualized Kerio Control is saved and then resumed - all connections are lost then.

From some version of KC all integration services are offered including backup (volume snapshot) does it mean that it is possible to backup KC Hyper-V appliance without need to save/resume the VM?

Best regards,
Jan Vojtech Vanicek
