Hi,

I have used the Operator web interface to set up call forwarding to my iPhone.

I also have Kerio Operator iPhone configured.

Will both the iOS phone app and the Kerio Operator app ring?

Can I prioritize them?

Thanks,

ft.

Hi FT

When you set up forwarding, it overrides all of your extensions and directs all of your calls to the forwarded number.

So in other words, it will always ring the phone and not the iOS app.

Unless you set it up on Advanced forwarding in myphone, where you can specify the order in which the system will ring (extension first, voicemail when busy, or direct to the "findme" number).
