Hi!

We are unable to send mails to the recipients of a given DNS: our queue is filling up with messages bearing the status "4.3.2 451 qq trouble in home directory".
We're not lacking space. Different DNS recipients receive our mails just fine.
Right now we've lost all clues - could anyone help us ?

We're running KMS 7.0.2 patch 1 build 1676 on Windows Server 2003.

Cheers!

This is a problem on recipients side. The message is not from Kerio Connect.

That softfail message is from qmail, and appears when the various qmail processes can't deliver the mail to the destination user folder. If the other admin isn't already aware of the problem, he/she will know first thing monday morning Wink

As a general tip: if your queue starts to back up with 4xx errors, it's practically never a problem with your Kerio installation. 99.9% of the time it's a DNS problem which may or may not be your problem, or some misconfiguration on the remote side.

In this case, troubleshooting consists of getting yourself another coffee and wait it out. The internet is a best effort collaboration, and you simply can't fix everything ...
