Hi,

Today there was a calendar invitation sent to two users in our company. The meeting is tomorrow at 12pm. One of the user received the invitation with the correct time, but the other received the invitation with a time that's 2 hours early (10am). In webmail, if I click on the invitation, it says 10am (please see screenshot). But if I download the calendar file and open it up, the start time is indeed 12pm (please see below for the source of the ics file). What could cause this inconsistency? Please advise.

Thanks.

Is WebMail configured to use the correct timezone?

In old WebMail click on Settings -> Settings.

In the Kerio Connect client, click on the user<_at_>domain.com button in the upper right corner. Click on Settings -> Language and Time.
