Hi all

This might be a basic question but I was wondering why when I log into Kerio webmail I am presented with two folders that both look like they should be dealing with sent email

The folder "Sent" has no messages in it
The folder "Sent Items" has all of the messages

Thanks a million

Hi BeeOnLion

At some point, you've had another email client attached to this account that has created the "Sent" box. It can be deleted, but if you were to use this email client again it will be automatically re-created. It's nothing to worry about if you want to leave it.

Just do NOT attempt to delete "Sent Items" as this is Kerio's default folder! Smile

Great stuff Lisa thanks for that it could be a left over folder from our old online email provider

Are you using a Mac? OS X Mail uses Sent by default. Kerio uses Sent Items by default (at least it did in 10.6.8 ).

You can use OSX Mail > Mailbox menu > Use this folder for... Sent to make OSX Mail use the correct Sent folder.

Cheers,

ft.
