So my boss's iPhone which is a regular source of irritation has lost all of the calendar items prior to December when, as usual, an iTunes/OS upgrade erased everything on his phone again. It seems to be syncing the current events, and i can create an event in the web client and it active syncs to the phone and vice versa. I can see old events on his calendar in the client, but not on the active sync on the phone. Any way to get them pre-OS upgrade calendar items back on the phone?
His push mail setting is to sync no limit.

Thanks.

addtional info:
we are using Connect 8.0.1 on windows 7 64 bit.

Does this help?

iPhone > Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Calendars (scroll down) > Sync > All Events

Cheers,

ft.
