Kerio Operator 2.1.0 build 1543 Trial

I have 4 extension 10,11,12,13

In extension settings for 10,11,12 I set Record all, for extension 13 I do not set Record call.

When extension 13 dial to 10 call recorded, but that is not right.
I think any call or transfer to or from extension 13 must not be recorded.

Thanks...

Hi

You can also look at the matter the other way around. If extension 10 dials 13 and 10 is configured to record outbound/all calls, then it would look strange if the call was not recorded.

When implementing call recording we decided, that it is better to record more than less.

Best

I think, that is not right, you must first deny, then allow...
Extension 13 owner is my boss, and He don't want record his own any call, but he want to have record all other extension calls.

Hi,

We think the current implementation is correct. If you click "Record all" for extension 10, then this is what most people expect to happen.
