Please,I have problem with Control Appliance with integrated Sophos AV plugin. I cannot download file from www.acronis.cz. Sophos verdict is: Out of disk space. But 457.43 GB are free on HDD with appliance. Can anybody help me? Thanks.

Hi

There's a couple of things to try.

1: Go to your Debug log, Right-click and choose Messages. Then select only "Antivirus plugin" and click OK. Right-click again and clear the log. Then try your downnload again. Once you receive the error message, right-click on the debug log again, then save the file as a text file. You can attach the results here for us to look at.

2: Have you tried just temporarily disabling the AV Plugin, before trying to download Acrobits? How big is the download you are trying to perform?

Hi:
Ad2: Disabling AV Plugins helps, but... The file is cca. 240 MB..
Ad1: The file is attached, TrueImage2013_CZ.exe...

files for AV are stored in RAM. what is your RAM usage? do you have enabled the size limit for AV files (antivirus -> scan only files smaller than ...)?

Thanks, that is it. Since I have limiting of file size eneabled, AV plugin is working properly. I have only 1 GB Ram.
