We had a user that was setup using Kerio through Outlook 2010. We recently changed the user's email address for a name change.
Now the user can't access a certain file in the Public folders.
We gave the new user the same rights as the old user.
Any ideas why this file is no longer accessible under the Public folders?

I found out how to fix.
I had to login to the webmail as admin and add the user to the folder that they needed access to.
