Is there any plan to include voicemail transcription as a feature?

No such plan so far. Do you have any experience with how reliable the transcription tools are?

I have been using Google Voice (formerly Grand Central) for several years now. The success rate is spotty, but it is usually close enough that I can make out the voicemail from the transcription.

I know that there are a number of other services that offer that feature/service. Some may allow for 3rd party use of their api.

I think it would be a great addition to Kerio Operator.

The Voicemail to Email is great, but transcription would be better.

Side Comment: On the iphone, the audio file always plays through the speakers. Do you know if there is a setting to only play it though the earpiece?

Regarding the iPhone, if you listen to the messages delivered over e-mail, I expect there should be some setting in the e-mail client.

jkovalick, maybe you can try Nexiwave's automated voicemail-to-text service. Pretty straightforward. They offer you a virtual email address, which you can have kerio's voicemail emails sent to. They pick those email up, transcribe and then send you the transcript.

Best of all, there is a free plan...
