The permissions on our public folders got wiped out.
I need to restore them back to how they were before.
How can I go about doing that?

Would be nice to know!

A «power-user» screwed up the rights in some public folders, particular calendars! I wasn't able to find any way how to reset it back to normal and than to give the permission correctly. If anybody had this before as well, your answer here would be very appreciated.

Thank you for the link, I know about this possiblility.

Well restore is fine, however when the last backup goes 3 Months back, and there it was already kinda messy in the permissions of the public folders, what to do then?...

Isn't it possible to «reset» the permission to default how kerio connect provides it after first install. Kind a setting restore to default?

Hello,

This is something that is technically feasible using a command line interface; but I would recommend that you raise a support ticket if you wished to try that.

It might still be safer to go back the backup (Even given that it is three months old) and work through from there.

Best regards,

Neil.
