We are using kerio connect version 8.0
when we setup archiving on outlook client, outlook copies the mails to the archive but doesn't delete the original mails from server.

is this a known problem?

does somebody got this working?

kind regards
Guy

Hi Guy,

What version of Outlook are you running? Do you have other pluggins running in Outlook as well? I have seen the Outlook archiving feature be a little sporadic at times with older versions of Kerio but I have not had any reports with the new version.

All the best,
Vicky
