Hi
When I sync with IMAP I see all my custom folders/subfolders, while when I sync with exchange I see nothing. Tried using apple mail and outlook 2011. Nothing at all.

Is it a bug? Using 8.0.1 server.

Thank you.

Hi, Mc128K

It sounds as if your license doesn't support Exchange Activesync. Please have a word with your account manager, to get the details checked.

I think the license includes EAS, it syncs my mail, contacts and calendars, but NOT the archive folders. Now I would like to know if it's normal or it's a bug...

Thank you.

Hi, Sorry I misunderstood from your first post where you posted "while when I sync with exchange I see nothing."

If the problem is that you cannot see archive folders in Outlook 2011, this is correct. You can only access the archive folders through either an imap connection, or through the Kerio Connect web client.
