many users have a mailbox about 20gb.Is there a way to speed up things with an user auto archiving?
I know that there is a backup command and a general archive from the mailserver server console.
The thing i want to achive is to speed up the big mailboxes eg over 20gb.

How can i achieve something like this?

Are you using Kerio Outlook Connector or Webmail? If the user really needs access to 20GBs of his e-mails, I usually recommend to create additional account just for the archive. So let's say 'jonh' will be his primary account that he uses every day (e.g. limited to 3GBs) but he will also have 'john_archive' where all of the old e-mails are if he needs to find them.

I am using webmail, how can declare now the 20gb mailbox and the 300 folders and limit it to 3 or 5gb? Without destroying user organized files?

lets say that the basic email is info<_at_>info.gr , i must create a shared account to info so the user can move email to the shared account?
but from the basic email the folders and from inbox and the sent item ,how could be untouched?
