Meeting requests from a company that we recently acquired almost always come to us with the time and/or date bunged up. I found quite a few messages here complaining, but no real fixes for the issue.

Sender: MS Exchange 2010, patched. Clients a mix of OutLook 2007 and 2010

Us: Kerio Connect 8.0.1 build 1028. Clients: OutLook 2007/2010, Web mail, EMCLient. All exhibit the same behavior

As a test I had someone send a meeting invite to both my work address & my home address (on hostmonster). Read them both with EMCLient, to rule out the client being a factor. The one sent to Kerio is wrong, the one sent to home is correct. Looking below, it's very obvious that Kerio Connect re-wrote the appointment data, and changed the timezone of the meeting.

Here is the INCORRECT vCalendar from Kerio:

Does the invitation email use MIME or TNEF encoding?

We have exactly this problem and the messages I've seen are TNEF, decoding enabled.

We reported the very same problem officially as a bug (#HRV-945738) in September last year. No response/activity to this issue so far.

Disabling TNEF decoding stops kerio from modyfing the invitation but you end up with a bunch of unusable attachments at client-level...

Ok - great news! We are running 8.1.1 for 14 days now.
So my users should not run into meetings 2 hours late any more Wink Time will tell...

Kerio Connect does not modify the invitation in any way when delivering to the Inbox folder (unless it is in TNEF).
The change could be caused by CalDAV clients (like emClient). I recommend to get the source of the invitation from webmail instead.
