Hello,

Kerio Connect is working well on our server, clients and mobile devices except one thing:

Following all the steps of this knowledgebase article:
"how-to-view-public-or-shared-folders-on-an-iphone-975"*
does not populate shared folders (calendars) from other users.

All public folders (public calendars, address books etc.) are properly shown.

Any hints?

best regards,
Michael

Hi Michael,

Do the shared calendars show up in WebMail fine? As the shared calendar must be visible in WebMail before it can be selected in 'Folders to Sync' to go to your iPhone. Also this method for shared folders will only work for 'Exchange ActiveSync' accounts. If you are using CalDAV for calendar synchronization on your iPhone then you must subscribe to a shared calendar manually:

This article shows how to setup shared calendars to sync via CalDAV (if thats what you are using).

All the best,
Vicky

Hi Vicky,
Sorry I missed your answer. Actually it seemed to be a problem of some iPhones 4, after resetting these iPhones, the calendars appeared as expected.
Best regards,
Michael
