Hi all,

I have migrated multiple user accounts to Kerio Connect.
For one of the user accounts all migrated mail subfolders are missing in the webclient.
On the filesystem they are present and Apple mail has downloaded them correctly.
I suppose some index file is corrupt or missing.
Can anyone shed some light on this issue?

Thanks in advance.

Dear Nico

You may want to consider raising this as a support ticket, as Webmail should display all folders correctly and this may indicate a problem with the migration.

How did you migrate the user accounts over?

If there was an issue with the folder structure, have you looked at the logs to see if there are specific errors showing?

Hope this helps.

Hello Mark,

I did the migration using kimt.
And there were no issues.
I will discuss with the end user if we raise a ticket.
She works with Apple Mail and there everything is available.

Thanks for now.
