Hi,

You could connect the GSM gateway as an extension in which case all calls will come from the extension number, or you can configure Operator to treat the gateway as an external SIP provider. We are using the GSM/SIP Gateway of PORTech and we connect this one in the same way as PBX to PBX. And it works great.
This works only as outgoing gateway, not incoming.
