Never mind. Apparently the device was locked out of KC. Clicking the Unlock All Accounts button fixed the issue.

It would be nice if there some sort of visual indication on the user list that they have a locked out device.

Hi Mark,

Your Idea sounds great to me.

What you can do is list a feature request for this to be included in upcoming versions. If you login to

the WebAdmin there is a button at the top of the page called 'Suggest Idea' if you use that you can list the

suggestion for these features.
