I am updating my email server from version 7.3.1 to version 8.0.2. There are many users that get their email from android phones. How will this update affect those devices?
Will I have to reconfigure each of those devices to sync back up or will it automatically work?

Hello,

Upgrading the server to 8.0.2 should not affect the Android phones. Once the server is upgraded the phones should continue to communicate with the server as normal. If any phones do act up just try removing the account from the phone and remove the device from the user via Web Admin->Users->More Actions(right click on username)->Mobile Devices.

However if anything strange happens feel free to reply here or open a support ticket with the support team.

All the best,
Vicky
