After migrating Kerio to new Server hardware last weekend, I've taken the opportunity to a review and 'tidy-up' on a few bits of Admin.

Been using Kerio since early 2008 with many of the same Users. The Calendar / Diary gets mighty full after this time, but the only option I can find to do a clear back is the 'thud and blunder' "Empty Folder" option or a manual item by item aproach.

Have I missed something, or would a "Delete all before dd/mm/yy" be useful?

Maurice

PS Potentially useful on all folders?

Hi, Maurice

You can use the Items Clean Out option, which works for most folders, to clean up your calendars.

Thanks Lisa, I do have a Domain setting there for 'Deleted Items' and 'Junk', but there is no option for 'Calendars'? The only option available is 'All Folders except Notes and Contacts' and that is far too coarse an option to contemplate.

Adding 'Calendar' to the list would be a favoured option Smile (A value of 2 or 3 years is what we are looking for)
