Hi all,

I have a problem with the Kerio Connect Outlook 2013 installation.

Is situation:
I have a HP PC windows 8 64Bit and the office version 2013 32Bit.
I tried two links from this forum but nothing is helping me at the Moment.

I also tried this procedure:

Procedure I followed:
1. Install Office 2013
2. Startup Outlook 2013, tell him that it has to start without creating an account
3. Close Outlook 2013
4. Install KOC (use the 40 MB exe)
5. Go to Control Panel -> Mail and delete the "Outlook" profile you find there
6. Create directory C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\System\MSMAPI if not already created.
7. Copy all files from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office 15\root\vfs\ProgramFilesCommonX86\SYSTEM\MSMAPI" to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\System\MSMAPI" (files only, no directories)
8. Start outlook and configure your Kerio profile and Kerio account using KOC

When I open the Outlook 2013 after the Installation I get following error Message:
"kofmsp.dll is not loading"

I would really appreciate if someone can help me with this issue.

Thanks a lot.

Cheers

oh that is a good question.
I used your Kerio websolution&Ipdad and I saw further the option to have this also for Outlook (integration to Windows).
The mail address is rudolf.pfluger<_at_>innovascout.ch I hope this helps.

Best regards,
Alex

Hi, Alex

Sadly, this doesn't help. At this point, I think only your system administrator can answer this question. Unless you are able to log on to your Kerio Connect web administration, he/she should be able to log on and tell you the version and build number your server is running.

Support for office 2013 was added in version 8.1.0 of Kerio Connect, so your server needs to be running that (at least) and your KOFF version needs to match.

If that's the case, you'll have to get the server upgraded to version 8.1 to allow you to use Office 2013, I'm afraid.

This should help:

http://kb.kerio.com/product/kerio-connect/installation-kerio -connect/upgrading-kerio-connect-1152.html

And if you're having trouble getting version 8.1 in the update checker (it's not in the update checker yet), you can download it directly from:

https://www.kerio.com/connect/download

If you encounter any trouble, the best way forward would be to call and speak to our support teams for advice.

You need to contact system administrator of your server - the one who hosts your server and email domain.
