I am trying to use the integration wizard to install/configure email on my macbook pro retina running 10.8.3, server is running latest 8.1 kerio connect on windows server 2003 r2. When I run the integration wizard I get all the way to the part where it verifies the smtps connection and it keeps failing saying my password is incorrect, which it is not and I have confirmed it works. Also, SMTPS on port 465 is setup in the firewall and allowed in and out. Thoughts?

Hi Gary,

Within your Kerio admin console, go to Configuration -> Advanced Options -> Tab Security Policy;

Which authentication methods have you got enabled there?
