I installed Kerio Connect 8.1 and added "_xmpp-client._tcp.domain.com. IN SRV 0 5 5222 host.domain.com." to my DNS zone. Also opened 5222/5223 on the firewall. When I check service accessibility the DNS SRV Client fails, but I'm able to add the account and login to it through Trillian. However, my user shows offline. What am I missing?

Figured out the problem. My default domain on KC was "localhost" which I had aliased to my public domain. I renamed localhost in KC and the service check passed and my client's connected and showed users properly. Thanks.
