Hi,

have here the current app installed on my iPhone, this works fine, except where I dial a number form address book which starts
with a plus sign, e.g. +49 . I receive always a 404 error code.
Could yo please fix that?

Thanks
Henri

Hi,

It's probably because your Operator does not know how to route the + prefix. Check out the dial plan configuration in provisioned softphones' grid in the Admin GUI. You can add a rule there that will replace the + sign with the dial out prefix on your Operator. (See http://kb.kerio.com/product/kerio-operator/server-configurat ion-kerio-operator/provisioning-for-kerio-operator-softphone s-1319.html)

Are you willing to share a packet capture of the SIP call setup?

Henri,

Do you use the phone in the auto-provisioned mode? If not, you need to set up the rewriting rule manually in the softphone to replace the '+' sign with the prefix that your Operator PBX understands.
