When I forward an email from Outlook or the old webmail in Kerio, the header info from the original email is displayed before the body of the forwarded message. This header has important info, like the email address of the original sender.

When forwarding an email from the new Connect Client only the original sender's name (not email address) and timestamp appear before the body of the original message.

This makes forwarded emails useless for the person who ultimately has to respond to the original sender. Yes, I can dig through html code to find it but my average user is NOT going to do that nor should they have to.

This is absolutely critical.

Another good reason not to switch to the new client. Forwarding in a business environment should at least include all recipients as well to provide the information about who already is in the communication. I also just noticed that replies don't provide the headers as well.

Funny, I was just going to post the same thing this morning. Glad I'm not the only person frustrated by this.

In addition to the missing information, what's there just looks very unprofessional.

This still exists in 8.1.1
Can someone please confirm this is on the To Do list for a future update?

I would be VERY keen to see this in the next update. I know the address displays in the old webmail view, but our users are very weak and only just getting used to the Client interface. Making them switch back confuses them. Having the address missing from forwarded messages is giving them even more reason to complain about the "new email system".

This really is essential.
