I have a user who cannot upload attachments using IE9 nor Chrome in the new webmail (8.1). He selects the file to upload and it says uploading. You never see the progress bar and after a few seconds the window closes.

Any ideas what technology the uploader uses so I can troublsehoot further? (i.e. java)

Thanks

Graham

Hi Graham,

Does the user have this problem every machine he uses? If the user tries a different to go to WebMail that has chrome or IE can he then upload a small jpeg for example? As this issue could be to do with any browser customizations he has or plugins etc...

I do believe the new Kerio Connect Client does run with a lot of PHP files and .js (JScript) files.

All the best,
Vicky
