Hi. Kerio Connect 8.2.

A user has lots of mail folders and subfolders. All is well in webmail and (Mac) Outlook. The folders all show up on the iPhone but most of them are empty - they have messages when you use webmail to check.

There are at least 100 folders and sub folders. They are all checked under "integration with Mac".

Maybe too many folders for iPhone to handle?

Thanks

Have you checked the "Mail days to sync" on the phone? The default is only 2 weeks worth. That one gets me once in a while too.

Good call! The problem is that many of the items in teh folders are more than 1 month old. Any way to sync all messages?
Thanks

Yes you can, on the iPhone go to:

Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendar > Kerio Mail Account > Mail day to sync

Set it to no limit.

Thanks
