I have 2 sub-net, one for workstation PCs, one for Server machines. I use kerio control to secure internet access of users.
One trouble is any web site I host in Server sub-net will record all IPs of PC from workstation sub-net as only one IP which is gateway IP of Server sub-net.

Any hints for my case please

Sounds like you have NAT enabled. Disable Source NAT on the Control rule controlling Workstation <-> Server communication.
