is your mail server on the Internet? If so, a good firewall and then allow them to either use webmail or setup their client to use your smtp server.

I think we would need more information. Why can't they use company's smtp? is it a security policy, or because smtp is not accessible from the Internet?

Hello,

We did set up rules in firewall and allowed smtp over internet. The client (outlook) is set up with company's pop/imap smpt (with authentication).
We have 2 people using COX internet from home, they can't send emails with the company's smtp !!

Thanks for your help!

Configure your email client to use TCP port 587 (SMTP submission) instead of TCP 25. Port 587 should not be blocked by your ISP.
