Hi,

in order to help you, I would need the following information:

1. Enable asterisk and asterisk(detailed) debug logs
2. Reproduce the issue
3. Create a support info file by clicking on a link at the bottom of the System Health screen.
4. Email both the support info and the debug log to fjenicek<_at_>kerio.com

Thank you,
Filip

Hi,

the call captured in the provided debug log was hung up because a busy tone was detected on the analog line.

Quote:

Now there are two possibilities:
1. There actually was a busy tone on the analog line. One could verify it by dialing directly from an analogue phone.
2. Asterisk recognized a busy tone when it shouldn't. Your Operator is configured to be in the UK. If this is not correct, please update the Default country setting on the "Advanced Options" screen. I believe changing it to "Russia" will solve it.

Best
Filip
