Hi there!

My costumer has a problem with his catchall Pop3 account delivering (the one and only account).

The Pop account is for the complete domain, in the delivery section is sorting rules enabled, this works fine until one recipient in the domain is adressed.

If you mail two persons, both mails is delivered only to the first person, as often as there are recipients within the domain.

I tried all three header options (received, X-Envelope-To and Delivered-To) for the sorting rules (and restarted the Pop3 service). No affect.

In the log there is following:

[15/May/2013 20:42:05] Recv: Queue-ID: 5193d6fd-000006d0, Service: POP3, From: <koelner@c23.at>, To: <administrator@**************.cc>, Size: 3640, server bpop.telekom.at, user all@***********.cc, mailbox {X-Envelope-To}, Subject: TEST2, Msg-Id: <DIIE.00000045000060E5<_at_>>

[15/May/2013 20:42:17] Sent: Queue-ID: 5193d6fd-000006d0, Recipient: <administrator@*************.cc>, Result: delivered, Status: 2.0.0 , Remote-Host:, Msg-Id: <DIIE.00000045000060E5<_at_>>
[15/May/2013 20:42:17] Sent: Queue-ID: 5193d6fd-000006d1, Recipient: <administrator@*********.cc>, Result: delivered, Status: 2.0.0 , Remote-Host:, Msg-Id: <DIIE.00000045000060E5<_at_>>

It looks like the mail has been sent twice to administrator. But in real it has been sent to administrator AND to office.

Before i used at this costumer the Tobit David. This could delivere it correctly to all mail accounts with the cathcall out of the box.

What else can be done?

Hi there.

It might be better to raise this as a support ticket, was we'd need to see source data from the message and more detailed logging to help.
