Hi All

One of our internal email account is hitting the SPAM tag score limit when sending emails to other staff member inside the office.

These emails are clearly not spam emails as she is the receptionist passing on phone messages & questions about stationary

I have added this email account to a custom address rule but surely I shouldn't have to do this..

Can you advise why this could be happening? Spam tag score is 4 block score is 7

Most likely because you've configured the spam filter to check internal emails, which is disabled by default. Results of particular tests (and therefore a reason) can be found in the email headers.

Hi Pavel

Thanks for getting back to me on this. Checking the source really helped
It looks like the email was sent being sent from a gmail server instead of the office domain & therefore it was being picked up as spam
