Hi everyone,

After a connect update having the following error opening outlook
"Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be openend. An enexpected error has occurred. MAPI was unable to load the information service KOFMSP.DLL. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured.

Ive had this problem before with a previous kerio update. I stuffed around for hours uninstalling and reinstalling the connector, rebooting etc. Finally it worked and I had to reconfigure all my outlook accounts again.

Win 7 pro 32
office 2010
kerio connect latest.

Any suggestions good people.

Hi Pavel,

Thank you for your reply, I eventually found the kerio uninstaller, it was the only thing that would work. I suggest anyone else having similar problem after upgrade to run the uninstaller software then reinstall. Standard uninstall through windows doesnt work.

Thanks,

Steve
